The modern complex of Pierre & Vacances Residence Les Balcons de Bellevarde, with its fa�ades of wood and local stone, is situated 100 metres from the shops of Val d'Is�re and 200 metres from the ski lifts. The complex's 114 apartments all feature wooden balconies and kitchenettes with mini ovens, dishwashers and electric coffee makers. The apartments are simply decorated and have private bathrooms; pay televisions and phones are also available.
The residence provides two ski rooms with lockers on the ground floor and a complimentary 15 square metre luggage room. Front desk staff speak a number of languages including English, French, German and Italian and there is a free outdoor car park 300 metres away. The resort boasts exceptional snow cover from November to May and offers 300 kilometres of downhill skiing in the L'Espace Killy ski area, as well as cross country and snow boarding facilities. The Iserian Pass, the highest mountain pass accessible by car, is five kilometres away offering stunning views over France and Italy. Apr�s ski activities include the resort's natural skating rink, covered heated swimming pool, fitness centre and shopping mall. Chambery Airport is 140 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 150 minutes. Bourg St Maurice railway station is 31 kilometres away with buses connecting the station to the residence.
General Information:
Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to noon and from 4 PM to 8 PM. Friday: 8 AM to noon and 3 PM to midnight. Saturday: Open around the clock. Sunday: midnight to 1 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM.
Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM. For short stays, arrival after 10 AM from Sunday to Friday and after 2 PM on Saturdays. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Towels and television are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally.
Please note:
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.

Driving directions: From Lyon, take the A43 towards Grenoble. Then take the A430 as far as Albertville. Next take the RN 90 as far as Bourg Saint Maurice and then the D902 towards Val d'Isere/Tignes. After the tunnel of La Daille, the residence is located on the left of the roundabout.
