The Hotel Terme is a modern spa hotel set in private gardens in the centre of pedestrianised Abano, 10 kilometres from historical town of Padova. The hotel's 89 air conditioned guestrooms, over two floors, offer modern interiors decorated in Venetian style. All feature balconies with garden or town views, satellite television, direct dial phones, minibars, and safes.
The hotel's Milano Restaurant serves a fusion of regional Italian and continental dishes and wines, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and holds a dinner dance evening once a week. Guests can indulge in an array of therapeutic treatments at the onsite spa, which offers thermal pools, mud baths, massages, health and beauty treatments, a grotto, sauna, fitness centre and physiotherapy. Guests can also refresh themselves in indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and enjoy drinks in the hotel bar. Business travellers can meet in seminar rooms, and guests can surf the Internet using the hotel's wireless access (surcharge). Hotel bicycles are available to hire, there are tennis courts onsite and golfers can enjoy reduced green fees at the local course. The hotel is close to many attractions; Padova centre is just 10 kilometres away, and is home to the Hermit's Church, Scrovegni Chapel with frescoes by Giotto, and Petrarch's house. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 60 kilometres, an hour's drive.
