Overlooking the river Bouregreg, the Hotel Farah is a modern five storey hotel located within 200 metres of the Mohammed V Mausoleum and the Hassan Tower in Morocco's capital, Rabat. The 193 air conditioned guestrooms are decorated in soft muted colours and include direct dial phones, minibars, satellite TV and internet connections. Most rooms have a view of the pool or river.
Guests can dine on Moroccan specialities, international and Italian cuisine in the three restaurants El Hambra, Riviera, and Farah. There are also three bars, El Patio, Le Panorama and Le Palace, for drinks, cocktails teas and coffees, and room service is available 24 hours a day. Guests can keep in shape in the fitness club which includes an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, sauna, massage room, gym, hairdressing salon and beauty centre. The main conference hall has capacity for up to 500 delegates and there is also a business centre and parking on site. The Mohammed Mausoleum and Medina are within 200 metres, and for spectacular views, the Kasbah of the Oudayas, an ancient gate which houses a museum and caf�, is two kilometres away. Rabat Airport is 15 kilometres away and the train station is three kilometres from the hotel.

Guests can get to the hotel by 'grand taxi' from the airport. The city centre of Rabat is compact and many attractions are in walking distance of the hotel. Local bus services can be useful and are marked clearly. Taxis can be found at the airport, the train station and at Boulevard Hassan. Driving in Rabat is not recommended; traffic is often chaotic and it is better to take a taxi.
